Like her or not you've got to take your hat off to her.
 
The top job often requires nerves of steel.
 
Theresa May has officially triggered Article 50 today, launching two years of negotiations that will end with Brexit in 2019.
 
Never plain sailing in the Top job (CEO or PM) nor at the Top table and at times of crisis and when giving or conveying bad news you've got to stand tall. If you reflect on what you have seen of her so far and continue to observe in her - she has done remarkably well.
